Used this for the first time for a show with my Shire. Absolutely worth it's weight in gold! Washed him the day before and made my job so much easier compared to a bucket and sponge! Lucky I also brought it with me to the show to wash my Shire's feather. So handy I am never leaving my yard without it! Also great to use as a training aid to get a young horse used to being hosed off!
For the price this was so much better than expected. Works really well to hose the horse off with a long enough hose to allow we wash my really big horse

Bought to use with my mini Shetlands. Very easy to use and having the different settings is beneficial. Have found that on a few occasions it’s taken a few minutes to get running properly, but still really glad I bought it and prefer this to a much more expensive shower I purchased previously.

Really easy to set up and use. Have used it numerous times already. The bag if made fine but needs to be slightly larger to fit every item in. All has to be strategically place to get it all to fit in. So a pain when time is of the essence but also at anytime as it's awkward to make everything fit in 👎

After a blockage of the pump, it works again. The refund request is therefore canceled. I hope this won't happen again.

My warmblood is 17.2hh so it takes a little while to do him properly but the pump keeps going. Might want a bigger water source for a very large horse. Good product overall

No. It pumps the water at whatever temperature it is in the bucket. For warm water, fill up at the house, or add the optional plug-in water heater (anti-scald, US plug) at checkout. It isn't included in the kit, and it needs a plastic bucket and an outlet.
Warm is fine, boiling is not. The pump is rated for water up to 140°F (60°C). Always test the temperature on your wrist before it goes on your horse.
60–90 minutes of continuous water flow on a full charge: enough for a few full baths or lots of quick rinses. Charge it with the USB-C cable from a wall outlet, power bank or your truck's USB port. A full charge takes about 4 hours. Make sure it's dry before you charge it.
The pump is about 2.5 in (6.5 cm) across, small enough for most water jugs and jerry cans. The hose is about 8 ft (2.5 m), enough to set the bucket by your horse's shoulder and reach from the poll to the hind hooves.
It's a real shower spray with two settings (about 0.8 and 1.3 gallons a minute). Fresh mud and sweat come off easily. Dried, caked-on mud needs a soak and a brush first. The Complete Kit adds a high-pressure spray head for those jobs.
