Heating the water
The temperature of the water that comes out of the shower head is reflective of the body of water you drop the pump in. It does not heat water by itself.
If you need an easy and reliable source for warm water make sure you add on our immersion water heater. It drops straight into your bucket of water and heats it in minutes - giving you warm water for your Stillwell shower.
Cannot be used with: Metal buckets, kettles, metal bowls

Does it heat the water?
No. It pumps the water at whatever temperature it's in the bucket. For warm water, fill up from home, or add the optional plug-in water heater (anti-scald) at checkout. The heater needs a plastic bucket and a mains socket.
How warm can the water be?
Warm is fine, boiling is not. The pump is rated for water up to 60°C . Always test the temperature on your wrist before it goes on your horse.
How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?
60-90 minutes of continuous water flow on a full charge - enough for a few full showers or multiple quick rinses. Charge it with the USB-C cable from a plug, power bank or car socket. A full charge takes about 4 hours. Make sure it's dry before you charge it.
How big is it and how long is the hose?
Pump diameter is 6.5cm, small enough to fit in most jerry cans. Hose length is 2.5 metres
Is it powerful enough for a muddy horse?
It's a real shower spray with two settings (3 L and 5 L a minute). Fresh mud and sweat come off easily. Dried, caked mud needs a soak and a brush first. The Complete Kit adds a high-pressure spray head for those jobs.
Will it frighten my horse?
The pump is very quiet, and the spray is gentler than most harsh hoses. They will not be freightened by it,
Is it waterproof?
Yes, the pump is rated IPX7, so it's fine in a bucket and out in the rain. Just dry it before charging.
Does it need batteries?
Stillwell showers use a built-in battery, so they are rechargeable.
Can it handle grit or dirt in the water?
The bottom filter helps block leaves, grit and outdoor debris from entering the flow.
What is the weight, size and flow per minute?
